Solo Harp Wedding Ceremony Packages

Standard Package
Starting at $450

Indoor Ceremony (20-30 minutes): $450
Long Ceremony (i.e. with Communion): $500
Outdoor Ceremony: $550
events on *holiday weekends add $100

Classic Package
Starting at $650

Standard Package plus:
1 Hour of Music at the Reception or Cocktail Hour
(same location as ceremony)
outdoor events or long ceremonies add $100
events on *holiday weekends add $100

All ceremony packages include...

Harp music for all ceremonies includes: 20-30 minutes of prelude music, processional(s), optional special music during the ceremony, recessional(s), and 5-10 minutes of postlude music
A $250 non-refundable deposit included
Optional wedding ceremony music consultation on the phone or via Zoom or FaceTime (for up to 1 hour)

Duet Wedding Ceremony Packages

Starting at $750

Harp with one other instrument (cello, guitar, flute, etc.)
$400 non-refundable deposit included
outdoor events or long ceremonies add $150
events on *holiday weekends add $200
Rates vary depending on musicians and instrumentation.

Rates for Events

Memorial Services, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Corporate Events, and other Special Occasions

Solo Indoor Events
$450 for 2 hours
$600 for 3 hours

Outdoor events add $100. Outdoor bookings are only accepted during the months of: March, April, May, September, October, & November. No outdoor bookings accepted in the summer and winter due to extreme temperatures

*Holiday Events
$500 for 2 hours
$650 for 3 hours

*Holidays include: the month of December, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Valentine’s Day, Holy Week & Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Father's Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and Thanksgiving Weekend.

Rates will vary depending on details for the event.

Mileage and Travel Fees

Kela is available for weddings or events at the above rates for most venues in Dallas and Tarrant counties. Travel outside of these counties or more than 30 miles from Arlington, TX may incur additional mileage fees. Request a free quote for your event, and I'll specify the mileage rate in the quote.
